(photo JL)<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La DDTM a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 hier et aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 la d\u00e9construction du centre nautique et de sanitaires, sur la plage du Moulin. Les deux installations occupaient le domaine maritime public sans autorisation. Un troisi\u00e8me b\u00e2timent plus au Nord, la Maison de la Nature, se situe lui aussi sur le domaine public maritime. Mais pour le maire Michel Parent, toutes les installations ne se valent pas :<\/p>\n[audio:http:\/\/www.helenefm.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Michel-Parent-DDTM.mp3]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eric Cigalas, directeur adjoint de la DDTM, justifie toutefois la d\u00e9molition des sanitaires et \u00e9voque une solution plus s\u00e9curis\u00e9e pour les plagistes :<\/p>\n[audio:http:\/\/www.helenefm.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Eric-Cigalas-DDTM.mp3]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quant \u00e0 la Maison de la Nature, l\u2019amodiation, qui autorise son occupation du domaine maritime public, arrive \u00e0 terme en 2017 mais devrait \u00eatre renouvel\u00e9e. Enfin dernier chantier de d\u00e9molition, celui de l\u2019embarcad\u00e8re c\u00f4t\u00e9 Ol\u00e9ron, trop v\u00e9tuste pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9.
