Le syndicat r\u00e9clame un 13\u00e8me mois et 5% d\u2019augmentation des salaires, quant le patronat en propose 2%. Objectif de cette op\u00e9ration coup de poing : montrer les dents avant la reprise des n\u00e9gociations aujourd\u2019hui. Pour Olivier Mas, secr\u00e9taire adjoint de la CFDT transports Poitou-Charentes, le patronat n\u2019a aucune raison valable pour ne pas c\u00e9der aux demandes des salari\u00e9s :<\/p>\n[audio:http:\/\/www.helenefm.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/cfdt-1.mp3]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, les chauffeurs ne r\u00e9clament pas seulement un meilleur salaire, mais aussi la reconnaissance du stress li\u00e9 \u00e0 leur m\u00e9tier.
