Dans un contexte extr\u00eamement contraint et instable, la pr\u00e9sidente Sylvie Marcilly a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les grandes lignes du futur budget 2026 qui sera vot\u00e9 en avril, avec un recentrage sur les fondamentaux face \u00e0 une hausse de plus de 13 millions d\u2019euros de d\u00e9penses sociales.
