Dans l\u2019Agglom\u00e9ration de Saintes, la col\u00e8re gronde apr\u00e8s l\u2019avis d\u00e9favorable de la Commission nationale d\u2019am\u00e9nagement commercial qui emp\u00eache l\u2019ouverture du magasin de bricolage Leroy Merlin dans la zone du Parc Centre Atlantique \u00e0 Saint-Georges-des-Coteaux. Commission qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 saisie par deux concurrents : Brico d\u00e9p\u00f4t et M. Bricolage. Alors que le b\u00e2timent est d\u00e9j\u00e0 construit, et que 107 salari\u00e9s sont recrut\u00e9s, l\u2019enseigne n\u2019est toujours pas autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 ouvrir. Le maire de Saintes et pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Agglo Bruno Drapron d\u00e9nonce un \u00ab scandale \u00e9conomique \u00bb et ne comprend pas cette d\u00e9cision, alors que la commission d\u00e9partementale a donn\u00e9 son feu vert. Il en appelle au gouvernement pour intervenir, et notamment au ministre du Commerce Serge Papin. Une p\u00e9tition vient d\u2019\u00eatre lanc\u00e9e sur internet.
