Alors que le motif de \u00ab l\u2019\u00e9tat de n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 \u00bb face \u00e0 l\u2019urgence climatique avait \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu en premi\u00e8re instance en avril 2024 \u00e0 La Rochelle, cette fois les juges de la cour d\u2019appel de Poitiers ont invoqu\u00e9 la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression.
