Con\u00e7u par le chef charentais-maritime Gr\u00e9gory Coutanceau, il va mettre les produits de la mer \u00e0 l\u2019honneur aujourd\u2019hui, demain et dimanche, et promet d\u2019\u00eatre une c\u00e9l\u00e9bration gastronomique de la mer, ax\u00e9 sur la d\u00e9fense de la biodiversit\u00e9 et le respect du terroir marin et terrestre. Des chefs de renom d\u2019ici et d\u2019ailleurs seront pr\u00e9sents pour exposer leur savoir-faire.<br \/>\nLe festival \u00ab Vivres la Mer \u00bb se tient pour la premi\u00e8re fois du 31 mai au 2 juin 2024 \u00e0 Rochefort. Ce rendez-vous culinaire unique se d\u00e9roule dans le cadre historique du Quai aux Vivres, et s\u2019articule autour des produits de la mer. Imagin\u00e9 et orchestr\u00e9 par le chef Gr\u00e9gory Coutanceau, cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement est n\u00e9 d\u2019un d\u00e9sir profond de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer la mer \u00e0 travers l\u2019univers f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur de la gastronomie. C\u2019est en v\u00e9ritable passionn\u00e9 qu\u2019il a voulu cr\u00e9er un espace o\u00f9 le partage ne se limite pas \u00e0 l\u2019assiette, mais s\u2019\u00e9tend \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences et des connaissances vari\u00e9es. Et c\u2019est dans cet esprit que le festival r\u00e9unit des chefs de toute l\u2019Europe partageant tous une m\u00eame passion pour les produits de la mer, et un engagement commun pour une gastronomie durable et respectueuse de l\u2019environnement. Cette f\u00eate de la mer sera l\u2019occasion pour des chefs de renom de collaborer, d\u2019innover et d\u2019inspirer.
