Depuis deux ans, la Ville et la Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019Agglom\u00e9ration de La Rochelle f\u00eatent le millioni\u00e8me passage \u00e0 v\u00e9lo ou \u00e0 trottinette de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Un million de cyclistes sont pass\u00e9s sur le Vieux-Port depuis le 1er janvier 2023, soit 20 jours avant l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.
