L\u2019usine des Comptoirs du biscuit pourra-t-elle bient\u00f4t devenir propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la Mairie de Saint-Jean-d\u2019Ang\u00e9ly ? C\u2019est en tous cas le souhait de la Ville qui a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la question hier soir en conseil municipal. L\u2019ancienne biscuiterie Brossard est devenue une friche industrielle suite \u00e0 la liquidation judiciaire de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en juillet 2013. Probl\u00e8me : la propri\u00e9taire des Comptoirs du biscuit, Monique Piffaut, ne veut c\u00e9der le b\u00e2timent qu\u2019\u00e0 prix d\u2019or : 5 millions d\u2019euros. Tr\u00e8s loin du 1,6 millions d\u2019euros estim\u00e9s par France Domaines. C\u2019est donc un long bras de fer judiciaire qui se profile entre la Mairie et l\u2019actuelle propri\u00e9taire.
