C\u2019est ce vers quoi tend la r\u00e9vision du Sch\u00e9ma de coh\u00e9rence territoriale de la Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019agglom\u00e9ration Royan Atlantique. Un document d\u2019urbanisme qui fixe les grandes orientations en termes d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire pour les vingt prochaines ann\u00e9es. Il doit \u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9 en 2023 pour une approbation en 2024. Et ce que l\u2019on sait, c\u2019est qu\u2019il y aura moins de foncier disponible \u00e0 la construction. De quoi peser sur les projets politiques, mais aussi les ambitions des promoteurs immobiliers en qu\u00eate de terrains.
