Le restaurateur perd sa 3e \u00e9toile au Guide Michelin, la plus haute distinction de la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise qu\u2019il avait d\u00e9croch\u00e9e en 2020 apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u2019attente.
