Plus exigeant, il entrera en vigueur le 21 novembre prochain, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 cet \u00e9t\u00e9 par l\u2019Institut national des appellations d\u2019origine. Les 1 500 \u00e9leveurs laitiers labellis\u00e9s du territoire ont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cette date pour se mettre en conformit\u00e9 avec les nouvelles r\u00e8gles, qui imposent un certain niveau d\u2019excellence et de qualit\u00e9, certes plus porteur pour le d\u00e9veloppement du march\u00e9, notamment \u00e0 l\u2019international, mais qui risque de mettre en difficult\u00e9 un certain nombre de producteurs qui auront du mal \u00e0 s\u2019adapter, surtout en ces temps de crise, comme le reconna\u00eet Laurent Chupin, directeur du Syndicat des laiteries bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Surg\u00e8res :<\/p>\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-52217-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.helenefm.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/beurre-aop-1.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.helenefm.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/beurre-aop-1.mp3\">https:\/\/www.helenefm.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/beurre-aop-1.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>D\u2019o\u00f9 cette op\u00e9ration s\u00e9duction men\u00e9e ce jeudi \u00e0 la laiterie Armor prot\u00e9ines de Surg\u00e8res qui a convi\u00e9 une cinquantaine d\u2019\u00e9leveurs laitiers (sur ses 400 fournisseurs) pour leur vanter les bienfaits de ces \u00e9volutions du label cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1979 sous l\u2019appellation AOC, devenue AOP en 1996. Entre 27 000 et 30 000 Tonnes de Beurre AOP Charentes-Poitou sont produites chaque ann\u00e9e.
