Yohan Bourdeau, 27 ans, est exploitant c\u00e9r\u00e9alier et mara\u00eecher sur la commune d\u2019Echillais, au sud de Rochefort. Il a repris il y a trois ans la ferme du Bois Bernard, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de la Base a\u00e9rienne 721. Et il s\u2019est lanc\u00e9 cet \u00e9t\u00e9 dans la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un labyrinthe v\u00e9g\u00e9tal en plein c\u0153ur de son champ de ma\u00efs, sur une parcelle de 6 hectares. C\u2019est ouvert tous les jours de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, du lundi au dimanche, de 10h30 \u00e0 18h, jusqu\u2019au 4 septembre. Dur\u00e9e du parcours : 1h30.
