L\u2019association d\u00e9nonce l\u2019autorisation accord\u00e9e par la municipalit\u00e9 \u00e0 un investisseur pour lotir un tiers de cet espace vert. Le projet occuperait ainsi pr\u00e8s de 3 000 m2 sur les 8 000 que compte le site. Or, Les Chemins Blancs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sanctuaris\u00e9s par le tribunal administratif de Poitiers le 6 janvier dernier en retoquant le Plan local d\u2019urbanisme, rendant le site inconstructible.
