Pas de changement en Charente-Maritime. Le chef rochelais Christopher Coutanceau conserve ses trois \u00e9toiles. Le seul de la Nouvelle-Aquitaine \u00e0 d\u00e9tenir la plus haute distinction. L\u2019Hysope \u00e0 La Jarrie et l\u2019Aquarelle \u00e0 Breuillet gardent leur \u00e9toile.
