Elle a recueilli 34 voix sur 54, face \u00e0 la radicale de gauche Marylise Fleuret-Pagnoux et l\u2019\u00e9cologiste Marion Pichot. Lors de son installation, Sylvie Marcilly a prononc\u00e9 un discours au cours duquel elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses priorit\u00e9s, apr\u00e8s avoir salu\u00e9 le travail accompli par son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur Dominique Bussereau qui a occup\u00e9 cette fonction pendant 13 ans, tout en le f\u00e9licitant pour sa nomination en tant que pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d\u00e9partemental honoraire.
