Si le constat n\u2019est pas nouveau, les chiffres du dernier diagnostic r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt viennent le confirmer. Sur certains axes, les flux sont particuli\u00e8rement importants. 18 000 v\u00e9hicules par jour en p\u00e9riode estivale sur le pont de la Seudre. Et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 24 000 sur la RD25 \u00e0 Saint-Palais-sur-Mer. Les zones de stationnement son satur\u00e9es, notamment sur le sud de la C\u00f4te sauvage et la Grande c\u00f4te. Qui dit plus de v\u00e9hicules, dit plus de risques d\u2019accidents. Si leur nombre reste dans la moyenne nationale, leur gravit\u00e9 est plus importante, notamment au nord de la presqu\u2019\u00eele. Et qui dit plus de v\u00e9hicules, dit aussi plus de pollution. Ce diagnostic devrait permettre d\u2019aider les \u00e9lus du territoire \u00e0 trouver des solutions.
