Cinq ans apr\u00e8s la fermeture des Comptoirs du biscuit, une nouvelle biscuiterie a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9e hier \u00e0 Saint-Jean-d\u2019Ang\u00e9ly. Une biscuiterie bio install\u00e9e pr\u00e8s de l\u2019autoroute A10 et baptis\u00e9e Jean et Lisette. La production a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en juillet dernier et a permis d\u2019embaucher une quinzaine de salari\u00e9s qui fabriquent quotidiennement 100 000 petits sabl\u00e9s, commercialis\u00e9s sous la marque Jardin bio de L\u00e9a nature. L\u2019objectif est de doubler la production et d\u2019employer 27 personnes d\u2019ici \u00e0 2020. De quoi redonner du souffle \u00e0 un territoire \u00e9conomiquement sinistr\u00e9. D\u2019autant que le projet de vall\u00e9e bio se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 Saint-Jean-d\u2019Ang\u00e9ly.
