Des quais d\u00e9serts o\u00f9 tout est encore \u00e0 faire, alors qu\u2019un projet de ginguette a \u00e9t\u00e9 jet\u00e9 aux oubliettes et que l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019un restaurant communautaire recueille peu de candidatures.
