Le nouveau Guide Michelin a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 hier. Un \u00e9v\u00e8nement endeuill\u00e9 par la disparition du chef de renomm\u00e9e internationale Beno\u00eet Violier, originaire de Saintes. Il s\u2019est donn\u00e9 la mort ce week-end \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 44 ans dans sa maison en Suisse et devait assister hier \u00e0 la sortie du Guide rouge. Deux Charentais-Maritime sont au Palmar\u00e8s. Le chef rochelais Christopher Coutanceau qui conserve ses deux \u00e9toiles, tout comme l\u2019Aquarelle \u00e0 Breuillet qui garde la sienne. En revanche, Marion Monnier de la Table de Marion \u00e0 Saintes perd son \u00e9toile.
