Ce nouveau moyen de transport est n\u00e9 de la loi Macron adopt\u00e9e en ao\u00fbt sur l\u2019ouverture \u00e0 la concurrence du march\u00e9 du transport en autocar. Il devrait apporter une alternative au chemin de fer.
